As you have read throughout my website, I was actually born in to the Real Estate world. A Grandfather that I so admired was a real estate professional in St. Louis, Missouri many, many years ago. He wrote numerous papers, and was the creator of using photographs on listings! Along with being President of the St. Louis Board of Realtors, he was my mentor in this profession.
My own father was in the field of real estate, pursuing the title end of the business. With the two of them, I had no choice if I was to enter in to the 'dining table' chatter, than to pursue real estate. Setting my sights on the residential lending side of real estate, I joined my Grandfathers firm when I joined the work force.
I trained under some of the finest in the field of mortgage banking. It wasn't until years later, that I was fully able to realize the education I received in those beginning years. This took me on to underwriting, managing, and marketing.
Having a competitive nature, I always strive to be the best and to provide the best service to my clients. Sales and marketing have became a natural for me, and throughout my years in the sales field I have been able to develop my own style - based merely upon my love for my profession, honesty, integrity - and the tenacity to constantly educate myself and update in this ever changing field of Real Estate.
You see, real estate isn't just something I fell in to. It has been a lifelong endeavor for me. I truly enjoy the people I meet. Being able to utilize the mortgage banking knowledge is a tremendous gift I have for my clients.
